Account deletion

This page explains how to delete your MSKgestion account and the data associated with it. Deletion is permanent: your business data cannot be recovered.
Delete from the app (recommended)
- 1.Open MSKgestion and sign in to your account.
- 2.Go to the “Plus” tab, then open the “Système” section.
- 3.Tap “Supprimer mon compte” (Delete my account).
- 4.Type SUPPRIMER to confirm the request.
Without access to the app
If you no longer have access to the app, contact us and mention the phone number associated with your account:

Data that is deleted
Your request is recorded immediately and executed within a maximum of 30 days. The following is deleted:
- ●Account identity (phone number, name, email)
- ●Business profile and settings
- ●Products, stock, sales, invoices and expenses
- ●Customers and credit tracking
- ●Staff and team data
- ●Cloud backups and product photos
Data that is kept
Only data whose retention is required by law (accounting and tax obligations) may be kept for the applicable legal period. Any active subscription is cancelled and no data is used for any other purpose.
Reset without deleting the account
You can also erase your business data without deleting your account, directly in the app: “Plus” tab → “Système” → data reset.
