Manage customer credits

Customer credit should always be recorded at the moment of sale, not later from memory.

Select credit as the payment method and attach the sale to the correct customer record. Add a due date or note when useful.

When the customer pays back fully or partially, record the payment so the remaining balance is updated.

Review open credits regularly from the customer area before they become hard to recover.
